Getting everyone under one roof is the whole point of a group trip. Our large group cabins in Broken Bow and Hochatown each sleep 12 or more: 18 you can book today, plus Casa Verde and The Flyway House, both coming soon. They’re built for family reunions, multi-family getaways and friends’ trips where nobody gets stuck in a hotel down the road.
At the top end, Cozy Mountain sleeps 31 across 6,700 square feet, and White Maple Cabin sleeps 28. RockTree Retreat gives every bedroom its own bathroom, and Swim in the Pines and Skip A Rock turn the backyard into a private resort. Groups of 12 to 15 have plenty of choices too, like the main house and bunkhouse at Piece of the Moon or the private pool and fenced yard at The Equestrian Oasis.

Cozy Mountain sleeps 31, the most of any of our cabins. The Flyway House (coming November 2026) sleeps 29, and White Maple Cabin sleeps 28.
Piece of the Moon sleeps 15. Pinewood Lodge, Take A Hike and Mountain Home Retreat each sleep 14, and Smokey Pines, The Equestrian Oasis, Southern Nights, Moonstone Mountain and Sapphire Sunset each sleep 12. Moonstone Mountain and Sapphire Sunset are single-level, which is helpful for grandparents or little ones.
RockTree Retreat has 8 bathrooms, with an ensuite in all six bedrooms. Cozy Mountain has 7.5, so mornings don’t turn into a line for the shower.
Swim in the Pines has a heated pool and Skip A Rock has a year-round private pool. Tipsy Bear Cabin has a covered pool spa, and Casa Verde and The Flyway House will both have pools when they open.
